Shipping & Returns


All purchases are processed within 1-3 working days after payment has been received.

UK Standard Shipping is 3-5 working days from dispatch date.

International Shipping is 5-7 working days from dispatch date.


We are currently not giving refunds.


Please follow the exchange instructions below:
In order to process your exchange request, we will need the following information from you via email:

- Your name

- Order No. and proof of purchase

- Desired size to exchange 

- Photographic or video evidence 

These will help us understand the potential issue with the product you have received. 

If indeed the product is faulty by any means due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed.
Faulty exchanges can take up to around 15 business days from the time our warehouse receives your item for the exchange and approval of your product for immediate restock.

We are not able to refund items that appear to be worn, washed or are not in original condition.

You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
